increase of authorised capital

is the company is bound to file Form 5 with ROC for increase of authorised capital of Section 25 Companies, if so what will be the fee?

Hi Kanwal,

Yes you have to file Form 5 for increase in AC even for Sec 25 Companies.

For Fee you can use the fee calculate from MCA site which is available at the link below:
