Can you plese provide me a draft of Indemnity Bond in respect of arrears of Land Revenue. Elaborating further, an individual wants to avail loan from a bank on mortgage of land for which land revenue is outstanding - pending a litigation. The bank is demanding an Indemnity bond for such arrears of land revenue. Please provide me a draft of the same

sh there is no any performa of i.bond.
d bank has their performa's for i.bond in which bank mantion all condition regarding recover loan and about d troth of mortgage property.

Yes Sarvesh is right, otherwise you can get drafted the indemnity bond by any lawyer.riven
