Respected Sir,
I have filed custody case against my ex-wife for welfare of my son. High Court of Kolkata vide its order directed ADJ to decide for schooling. The ADJ has directed opposite party to send my son to prestigious Kendriya Vidyalaya immediately in spite of local bengali medium free school.
Since opposite party refused for compliance of above direction, I prayed before ADJ for necessary order for compliance.
In reply the opposite party refused to comply this direction in writing & further claim maintenance for the child before ADJ.
The ADJ rejected maintenance application & verbally advised opposite party to comply Court"s direction for best quality education for best welfare but she refused.
The Court didnot pass any order for compliance, next date is fixed for evidence.
The Kendriya Vidyalaya authority has send letters to me for sending my son to school within 7 days, otherwise my son's name will be deleted from school record.
Please suggest advice for welfare of the victim child.

You have to wait for the court to pass an order directing her to admit the child in KV, if she is not obeying court order then you may file a contempt of court petition against her.

The District Court is already passed a written order directing my son to admit in Kendriya Vidyalaya; since opposite party is refused to obeying the court order, I have prayed before District Court for compliance.
But District Court did not pass any order in this regard & fixed next date for evidence.

You have to comply with the procedures of law and obtain proper order to make sure that she complies with court order failing which you can file a contempt of court petition against her before the same court for disobeying the court order.

In your case the perusal of document is necessary for forming a clear view.

Non-obedience of orders passed by the Court attracts Contempt of Court, which should have been initiated by your lawyer.

Without perusal of the court order and the case related papers any further opinion will be a misguidance.

From your subject post it appears that you are either confused or misleading the experts here by contradicting your own contents from one post to another.
In one post you have written that the court has passed the directions to the respondent to get your son admitted to KV instead of Bengali medium school, if she has refused then you could have filed a contempt of court petition against her for disobeying the court order instead you have approached the same court to enforce the order which is perplexing or misleading details.
You have not posted your advocate's opinion too, hence any amount of advice given to you may not convince you and you will keep stretching this thread with unnecessary repetition of the same question or with different imaginary questions
