is the Indian divorce act applicable to schedule tribes who have solemnized their marriage as per tribal rituals? whether the act is applicable in the state of Arunachal Pradesh?

If such tribe adopts its own marriage and divorce local customary laws then Hindu Marriage Act is not applicable over them but if both are recognized then it is applicable even in Arunanchal Pradesh.
