Can Indian lawyers practice indian law or give advice on indian law by opening a office in Europe ?? Does the bar council allow indian lawyers to give advice in Europe ....

such Indian lawyers will have to take permission from concerned european country.

thanks for the reply Adv. R.K.Nanda but will the bar council allow such lawyer to continue his registration at the State bar council in India ...meaning if he is residing temporarily in Europe and providing legal advice service from there?? Meaning, he is registered at the bar in india but living in europe and providing legal service from Europe of course with approval from the european country concerned.....

if such lawyer permanently want to practice

in european country then in that case he will

have to cancel his lawyer registration in

India and he will have to register with bar

council of that european country.
