Indian trust can give donation to foreign trust

Dear Sir(s),

kindly share your expert veiw that a trust registered and situated in india can give donation to trust situated and registered in fooreign/ abroad.

can this donation will be allowed under income tax act ?

Interesting query, as this is not covered under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, though foreign contribution is regulated I doubt about any regulation on Indian contribution to any foreign entity, but still there might be some guidelines on disclosures to be made by RBI, other expert views awaited.
