Suppose one private school is running by a Trust and this private school is affiliated with Central Board of Secondary Education New Delhi(CBSE), is this private school will be cover under Right to information Act? If yes kindly tell me any authority on this matter?

Thanks.

NO.

Affiliation with any of the examining body like the CBSE is just for the sake of examination of its students to award a recognised educational qualification to the students.

However, if that is an aided school or the beneficiary of any grant by the University Grant Commission the information can be sought through the department of education.
