Our Housing society at Navi Mumbai Use to send AGM minutes,Structural Audit & Inspection Report, and many thing on email to all the members but now they held the EGM ON 15/3/15 FOR MAJOR REPAIR in society which cost approx Rs. 60 Lacs.
quotation collected by different contractor's shown in the meeting. as i am working in Gulf due that i am unable to attended the meeting and now when i am asking them the EGM Minutes and Quotation on mail so they reply to me that come and check from the society Office.

WELL THE MINUTES ARE NOT TO BE SENT ABROAD. IF YOU ASK FOR THESE ANYWAY YOU HAVE TO THEN BEAR ITS COSTS.

Good Morning Sir,
Society use to send through EMAIL and i am asking all the document on the Email as they use to send me deatils of every meeting in past 2 years than why they instit to see in person

give letter to any relative authorising him to collect copy of minutes from society office

If society is not agreeing to send the information through e mail, you can get the same by giving authority letter to some person.
