Information under rti from a private medical centre

with due respect i want to know that can i get all the like name,disease,address etc information about the patients come in the clinic for treatment on particular date under RTI in delhi
also tell me if we can not get all the information then which sort of information can we get about the patient

The Expert already answered NO. If you are connected to any particular patient you could request for particular patient, mind it only request.If your matter is serious seek the help of police they can do it.

Sir,
The relation between a patient and a doctor is fiduciary and information can not be requested under RTI. Section 8(1)(e) of RTI act reads as under:
8. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, there shall be no obligation to give any citizen,—
(e) information available to a person in his fiduciary relationship, unless the competent authority is satisfied that the larger public interest warrants the disclosure of such information;
