can we get only the names of the patients come for treatment on the particular date in a private medical centre under RTI in delhi

if pvt concern the RTI act will not cover, so you can try, if the pvt concern give consent, then only u will get your information.

As all private hospitals are under the controle of and regulated by chief medical officer of that area. Ask this query from CPIO of CMO office, they will gather information from such hospital and may provide to you.
