Dear Experts,
Adivasi couple had a daughter out of their first marriage. Dispute aroused between the adivasi couple. Wife took the daughter away from the husband and started taking care of the daughter. Husband got married second time and had 2 sons out of his second marriage. First wife also got married in order to up-bring the daughter.
Husband expired leaving behind a big property. Now after his death, 2 sons are trying to sell the land without giving any share to the daughter (first child) from the adivasi husband's first marriage.
Issue:
1. Girl doesn't have any documents(birth certificate...etc) to prove she is the legal heir of deceased adivasi father.
2. Everybody in the adivasi village knows that she is the daughter of the adivasi father/husband.
3. How can the daughter prove that she is the daughter of the adivasi father/husband and legal heir as her 2 step-brothers are trying to sell the land without giving her share?
