Inherited property dispute

(Querist) 15 July 2012 This query is : Resolved 
thanks to all of u for your valuable suggestions regarding my query.

(This is Pramod.my grandfather has 2 son and younger one is my father.my grandfather has inherited property.he keeps us threatening that he will not share the above mentioned inherited property between his 2 sons and make a will in the name of only one his elder son.)



now i want to know what legal options do i have ? because with every passing day situation is getting worse............

if your father is alive then go and file a partition suit(if the property is ancestral Property) and get your share in this property.

If the property in his hands originally belonged to his father as his self acquired property, your grand father has the right to make a will in respect of it and give it to anyone to the exclusion of any of his legal heirs.
