Injuction rights

Respected experts :

i live alongwith my wife seperately from my parents in another flat. My wife has booked me and my family in false cases u/s 323/342/354/34 and left the house 4 months back. The property is in the name of my father. Now my wife wants to come back in the same house. Her bed and few clothes are also lying in the flat.

my parents has debarred me from property and relations around three months back. I dont want to take my wife back.

Now wife is moving towards putting case u/s 498/406 aganist me and my parents. I came to know from few relatives that she will come alongwith the police to search her belongings in my house. with this way, if she sits in my house and doesnot go back, then what can i do

Ask your father to file civil case of injunction beforehand so she could not occupy it forcefully.

Your wife has no right to intervene or claim shared household in the property exclusively owned and possessed by him. He can definitely file an injunction suit against your wife.
