If any one is obstructing your access by erecting building you can certainly file suit to remove that or ask for permanent injunction.

Can file a mandatory injunction against first three.
other two regarding title. can be if asked with declaration relief
Kirti Kar Tripathi (Expert) 09 February 2011
FOR FIRST THREE, YOU CAN FILE INJUNCTION SUIT WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTION AS IT IS OBSTRUCTION IN ONES RIGHT. HOWEVER, FOR OTHER TWO CATEGORIES, YOU HAVE TO SHOW YOUR TITLE.IF TITLE IS IN YOUR FAVOUR, YOU CAN CERTAINLY FILE.
Parveen Kr. Aggarwal (Expert) 09 February 2011
Suit for injunction can be filed to enforce a legal right in one's favour to restrain another (prohibitory injunction) from doing any unlawful and unauthorised act or to perform any act (mandatory injunction)which is not being done by a person under legal obligation so to do.
