This query is : Resolved
Sir,
In the first place I sincerely appreciate the service of free advice rendered by LawyersClubIndia.
My query of the said subject got answered by many Advocates & I am grateful to them for that.
However, many Advocates remarked that they will not answer query posted by an anonymous author. This is perfectly correct; but then why there is an option to 'Post As Anonymous'? we get misled by it.
Adv. ShroffSir wrote 'ALSO NOTE THE REPLY OF ALL EXPERT BE DITTO AS SUGGESTED. LET US HAVE UNIFORM CODE'.
Sir, I humbly disagree. Because variance is the basis of Lawyers profession.
I hope this statement relates to queries of anonymous authors.
Thanks & Regards.

Suhas! You have misunderstood the words of Shroff! Those words were no doubt for experts but for what?
Those words are only for a simple factor that the majority of the experts has decided not to reply anonymous queries. The management of site is not paying any heed towards us. So we all experts decided to post the message of not to reply to anonymous queries in ditto language.
Ditto has not been dictated against synonymous queries but against anonymous queries.
I hope you understand it and shall also cooperate with us.

Mr.Suhas,
It is not the case we the experts are not to reply any query.
We have stated very clearly that we Can't reply THESE TYPE OF QUERY having Anonymous, Repetitions, Academic, contains SMS Language, Commercial or Vague query.
If any person having a real grievances, it is not difficult for him to follow the rules, decided by us.
If the person goes to a free legal service center, he will be asked too many questions and lengthy formalities.
Here we are no asking all those things. We are very much bothered about the genuinity of the query and queriest.
When we spend our time in attending the queries, is it not our right to know whether it reaches the genuine person.
If the queriest is not in a position to reveal his identity in the public forum, he can select any one of us and send a PM or send a email.
Please try understand that, Our rules are not against the genuine queriest.

The apathy to disclose the identity itself proves what the authors want.
I still believe there are lot of legal professionals who visit this site as a ready reckoner to solve their daily legal problems in the way cause harm to the needy litigants who may not attract adequate attention when the former type of queries flood this site.
We are here to solve the problem of the parties not the advocates who miuse this site for their own benefit.
