Inspection by esic inspector

Does the ESIC inspector has the power to check the documents, contracts, rents agreement, ESIC challans of a company at the Pan india level or he can only do that for only one place??

yes they have full right to check the papers or records but he has only his jurisdiction level

Thank you for ur reply sir, that means if he is in delhi region he cant check the details of the company in other states.

Yes but your company has registerd. Under the his limit and have branch in other pace he can right to verify

ESIC inspector is empowered to inspect every such document of your company which in his opinion is related with your liability to pay ESI contribution.
