Dear Friend

Please give me a instruction that what can i do for my Brother in Law is thief & he give me a my name in police station that i am also a thief but i am not involve in this case.

So please give me a instruction what can i do i am very thankful to u

your name came in the disclosure statement and if you are not really involved in the theft than you can request to the SP for the re investigation and collect the members of your family and other persons of the society who can show you as innocent and take the affidavits of those persons and produce the same to the SP or the investigation officer.

The statement of the accused person is taken into account after much scrutiny.
If on the basis of his statement the Police has not started any case against you then there is nothing to worry, else you have to obtain bail first and then next course of action like discharge or quashing.

You must inform the facts to Police and co-operate with Police.
If yo are clear, Police will not involve yu in such Theft cases
Anyway muddamal must no be recovered from your residence or with your wife, id she is sister of thief.
