Verbal report is not valid before the law.

As abdul razique had said verbal report is not valid before law. Though this is the important information it is something between the Insurance company and the investigator, because investigator is the person appointed by Insurance company.

Instead, the insurance company itself can file an affidavit before the court stating the facts of second marriage with all relevant documents and pray not to grant any amount to the petitioner.
