I am 24 year old and i am in general cast brahamin.she is 22 year old and in shedule cast . We want to marry each other.we live in rajasthan jaipur.but girls family againt us.we live in jaipur rajasthan. Where we register marraige and what was the defence process fir save girls family cases.

My question is the process of intercaste marraige ? Because court marraige is not reguster in jaipur or rajastha so where it will legal ?
And 2nd question is what is the defence process when i run away from home with girl and girls family is create police problem to me and my family

If boy attains 21 years and girl attains 18 year they can marry each other. So proceed to marry and enjoy.

You are both majors. go to Police Station and submit that you are going to marry as you both are majors. and meet the registrar ( marriage registrar) to apply by giving notice. the marriage will be solemnized after 30 days.
