Which arrears, on account of what, reason for occurence of delay in payment by whom to whom and delayed on account of whose fault?

You seem to be very miser in putting the facts to get solution to your problem.

As an advocate, are you submitting petitions in short-cuts or SMS style only to the court of law for and on behalf of your clients, or you believe that the experts here would necessarily presume what can be the background of the problem?
