What is interim bail???
In what circumstances person can seek that???

Regular bail application has been dismissed by session court in 420 465 467 468 471 and 120-b

can a girl can apply for interim bail before regular bail in high court so that she can get out of custody???

Threre is no such thing as interim bail. But the Courts of India traditionally allow some bail applications for a spacific period of time. for example a Curt may allow a bail application pending perusel of the C/D and in that situation the Court may allow the accused to go on bail for a certain period and fix the next date for perusal of the C/D & final hearing of the bail application.Such bails are called interim bail.
It is on the discrition of the Court that what kind of order it will pass.

You may proceed to the High Cort for regular bail. A girl can file a bail application before any Court of law, there is no such bar.
File the bail application before a High Cort first, the court will decide whether an interim order should be passed or not.

yes the girl can apply for the grant of interim bail during the pending Regular Bail, but the kind of offence you have mentioned will not provide her such a relief.

you have posted another post also, in fact prima facie its a case of big fraud....and dont expect any leniency from the court till the investigation is pending.

Only on emergency cases the court will grant interim bail.

But, the court will be lenient in granting interim bail while hearing the anticipatory bail petition.

What is interim bail???

Ans: Interim bail is not defined anywhere in Cr.P.C. This term evolved from various judicial pronouncements of High Courts passed in 482 Cr.P.C. An applicant can not pray for interim bail.

In what circumstances person can seek that???

Ans:If during the hearing of the case , the matter is going to be adjourned for no fault of applicant, the applicant can verbally ask for interim bail till the final order in High Court or Supreme Court.The said courts in excercise of their extra ordinary powers can grant interim bail till final hearing of the bail application.

Ans: A regular bail application can only be made before the trial court. The sections quoted in your query relate to Magistrate triable case, so I am unable to understand how you have made regular bail application before Sessions Court. I think that should be u/s439 Cr. P.C.
