nothing can be said. Bail is a matter of discrition of the court. So you should try and submit your bail application soon. the court may consider your ground. so consult a local criminal lawyer.

Bail is purely depends on the discretion of court. In your bail should be granted on humantarian ground and on mercy. Your case is quite different than that of general case. So you should be treated specially in bail matter. Engage a good criminal lawyer of your jurisdiction.

I believe the offence is not so serious, look into the stage of the case, if charge sheet is filed go for bail.

It can be a good ground for bail
JANAK RAJ VATSA (Expert) 14 October 2012
file an application in the court giving out the reasons for seeking the bail since the wife is in advanced stage of pregnancy and the doctors have also asked for the blood because they may be anticipating problem at the time of delivery. the court would exercise its discretion on this humanitarian ground.
