This query is : Resolved
i was married in 4/2015. My wife has produced in court showing
1.my salary offer letter of 2010
2. my offer letter of 2014 (salary when I was in US)
My wife deserted in July 2016 while my salary was less while working in India
Lower court has fixed interim on basis of above 2 documents instead of my present salary..
please suggest how to apply revision and in what court. do I need to submit any amount while appealing.

You must have submitted your present salary evidence to court.
You may draw the attention of the concerned court now to it.

You should have submitted proof of your present earning on the court file.
Whether the maintenance is interim or final?
Discuss with your lawyer and challenge the findings.

This is interim. our lawyer did not submit proof of my income saying that it is duty of other party to get evidence of my current income.

The OP has already done that.
Now what is opinion of your own counsel!

You have not submitted your income from on case file, however, can take a chance by filing review.
Submit all proofs on court file before final decision.
