If you are a registered Medical Practitioner under MIC then you can file a Writ Petition in High Court.

Serve a legal notice to the licensing body and then go to high court as already advised to you.

Medical Council of India debarred you from Practicing Medicine stating they have to verity some documents. you file W.P. seek direction to suspend MCI order. It is against principles of natural justice, violation of Article 14, 19, 21 of the Constitution of India and also MCI Act, Rules and Regulations. contact: Global Legal services, cell No: 9290673693.
