THANKS FOR YOUR QUICK REPLY BUT A LITTLE FURTHER CLARIFICATION.

RATE OF TAX THAT 'B' WILL LEVY TO 'A' AND 'A' WILL LEVY TO 'C'. WILL IT BE THAT 'B' WILL LEVY CST 2% WITH C FORM AND A WILL NOT LEVY TAX ON HIS BILL PLEASE CLARIFY.
R K JAIN (Expert) 01 May 2017
B will charge CST @ 2% from A but A will not charge any tax from C since his sale is transit sale and no tax is chargeable under the CST Act.
