Can any person/social worker join any criminal prosecution(F.I.R.has been already lodged)? What provisions of Cr.P.C.?? Any Citation???

Person not a party to the prosecution can not join a legal proceeding.

As FIR has already been lodged so the machinery of state has to further take initiative hence there is no scope for a tird party to intervene.
