Invalid currency in atm

Honorable Experts,Few days back I had received few invalid/duplicate currency in Atm which I had failed to notice.I do have the with drawal slip.What I should do whether I should go to Police or Bank.My a/c bank is different and with drawal Atm bank is different and the ATM does not have a branch there.Please help me.As I do not know what to do with it
