Invalid currency in atm

Honorable Experts,Few days back I had received few Invalid/duplicate currency in atm which I had failed to notice.I do have the withdrawal slip.My a/c bank is different and Atm bank is different and in atm there is no branch.Please guide me what I should do with it.Whether I should go to Police or Bank.If Bank which Bank Please help

Difference of ATM and BANK IS NO ISSUE. THE POINT IS WHETHER YOU CAN PROVE THAT YOU GOT THE MONEY FROM THE SAID ATM.
If you could then your bank is bound the replace the money.
