IPC 304 B - HUSBAND BAIL

Please advice me why husbands are not getting bail after spending one and a half year long in jail without got charge framed in UP. Why court is even not willing to listen their bail application. please advice what we can do and get the bail done.

Section 304 B- dowry death attracts grave charges where getting bail is indeed a difficulty.
Provide details of the case.

it is just a murder case. In UP it is strictly followed on the point of dowry death.

if refused by sessions court then prefer a bail application in HC,if rejected by HC then move to SC, they must here your bail petition.

It is not that bail applications are not heard at all. But offences being grievous, the courts are reluctant to grant bail.
