What to reply for a self made destruction?Distancing from everything including own family, for the sake of love and spending UR fortune for nothing but ending up in jail for 9 months.Though the sections are compoundable why was bail not granted for 9 months?This is UR version,but entirely different from from the side of the girl.U have to face the trail only on merits from UR side.

His versions in the later part are all contradictory.If the bail was being opposed by the opp lawyer,why didn't he appeal for bail in the higher court?

She can falsely implicated you under the Domestic Violence Act,2005 and other penal law.Don't file any case against her without taking suggestion with experience lawyer. You may have face trouble.
