I was working with Mahindra Finance as branch manager due to demotion I have resigned form the company they have logged FIR under IPC 420,467,468.
Now What can I DO………….? I have never see the police station

dear manish, don't get into panic situlation. first u need to see the content of complaint. the sections mentioned by you are related to cheating and forgery. if u haven't done anything like this, u needn't worry.riven

YOU MAY PLEASE ACT FAST AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.
1.YOU HAVE TO FILE CRIMINAL APPLICATION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL AT DIST AND SESSIONS COURT HAVING AREA JURISDICTION BY ENCLOSING THE CERTIFIED COPY OF FIR OR ANY PROOF THAT CR.CASE IS FILED AGAINST YOU.
ALSO PRAY FOR INTERIUM ORDER TILL FINAL HEARING OF SAID APPLICATION.
2.ONCE YOUR ANTICIPATORY BAIL IS GRANTED YOU NEED NOT WORRY ABOUT POLICE AND ARREST AS BAIL ORDER WILL MENTION IN CASE OF ARREST YOU SHOULD BE RELEASED ON BAIL BY FURNISHING SURETY DOCUMENTS.SURE DOCUMENTS INCLUDE SOME PERSON OR RELATIVE HAVING HOUSE OR LAND PROPERTY SHULLD STAND AS SURETY FOR YOU AND YOU WILL ATTEND COURT IN CASE OF NEED.PROPERTY DOCUMENTS INCLUDE 7/12 EXTRACT OF LAND, HOUSE OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS,RATION CARD,ELECTION ID CARD, PHOTO OF ACCUSED AND PHOTO OF SURETY.ALL THESE DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE SUBMITED TO THE POLICE STATION WHERE CRIME IS REGISTERED.
