Dear Sir,
There is a false case filed against me and my family in 498 & 406. A fir is already lodged but fortunately on date of crime as mentioned in FIR me, my brother and father both were on job. My brother was in Bank for which footage submitted to police and my father was in court for which documents provided to police but still we are being harrased by Rajasthan police. I need your suggestion and guidance how can i defend 498 & 406. Can I go for quash this FIR also please do let me know can we take action against my wife for false fir and allegation. Will court support me?? need your guidance sir please help me.

You all need to go to high court and file quashing petition under section 482 of Criminal procedure code.

thanks a lot sir....
If police files investigation report before court then will court call my wife for verification? and if she is not satisfied with the investigation then will court ask police to arrest us? what will be the scenario if she is not satisfied with the investigation.

If she is not satisfied with the investigation, she can move her application under section 173 (8) of criminal procedure code for re-investigation of the case through some reliable police officer.
