IPC SEC 107/116 imposed on me

I have been imposed of charges under ipc sec 107/116 in a family matter. Although I was not there when all the action took place. Wat can I do? Is this serious...Please advise.

To answer whether it is serious or not the definite section for which you have been implicated into an offence u/s 107/116. is to be mentioned. The graver the offence abetted, greater the seriousness.
