Hi Dear,
please let me know the IPC sections 341, 323, 324 and 506 will get bail from the police station itself or do we need to go to local court or district court to get the anticipatory bail.

There is already a civil case against the petitioner that he is blocking the road for a particular area that we are around more than 10 houses living in the area. This case is with high court of Kerala and also stay order for the mentioned area for not blocking the road.
Now the current issue is,three days back i was going through the road with my car suddenly the opposite party came and blocked me with iron roads which was accumulated there for blocking the road.while blocking, While they blocking my car bumper was broken so i came outside from the car and asked the reason and there was small clash happened between me and them. but unfortunately his (petitioner) head injured and blood came out and the same time my hand and legs also injured because we both we are fell down while the fight happening. We both were hospitalized and he registered a case against me with sections 341 323 324 506.
Hope this is clear about the incident.

You have to take bail from the court on making yourself surrender before the court.
Bail will be granted. Do not worry.

Dear Friend you are advised to get surrender yur self in the court and apply for the regular bail there only, hope fully you will get the bail orders then and there if represented in a proper way.

You can get bail from court only and not from police station. Since you are in the hospital, ask your lawyer to apply for anticipatory bail and after that you get it executed by surrendering before the court.

Thanks..... My Lawyer already applied for a anticipatory bail. but later i heard from my lawyer that the opposite party removed one dangerous section from their list and now the case is not a big matter and the punishment will be max: 3000 rupees fine. I believe the dangerous section is 324.

what would be the court interval for calling these type cases, every one month or it will take more that 2 or 3 months, because if i can not come to my place at the exact date what would be the fine.
what will happen, if i am going to abroad for one year gap.
