In this case, chargesheet is yet to be filed,Thus anticipatory bail granted once , can be cancelled by prosecution in court?

I have some more doubts
Pls clarify:
1.Usually how 1.Usually how long these case would run in lower court? 2. what if i lose the case i lower court whether i will be immediately areested or i will be given some time to appeal in High court.

But can the opposite party cancel our antiipatory bails?

Bail is neither provided nor cancelled by opposite party. If you violate the terms of the bail then the opposite party can pray before the court to cancel but the court shall provide you full opportunity to falsify the allegations of violation and only thereafter shall take the final decision.
