Hmmm...the querist being a lawyer should have the art to read the law books on ipr and should have been able to spell out the point of his doubt. I feel ... understand my querist friend?

So, by your statement, "Else i will feel yu r not able to pass yr time in this age so finding thr way to pass yr time in such ways....clear," it seems you posted your vague, rather non-existing, query (ipr) just to pass your time and to waste others time and then are bent to cast aspersions on them deeming yourself to be the most intelligent person on earth, rather "overconfident n over smart fellow", who can understand what is in others minds just by reading some abbreviation on their part, like yours (ipr), without knowing his question and intention of posting? Is not it?

Agreeing with Mr Dhingra I will add that is is apparently not legal query. basically a question of grammar.

Dear Sudhir & Goyal Ji, a word was posted with whichever reason…may be with mistake or by any other reason….why within the zone of experts, it can’t be taken as relevant query. That is another issue that if a person who is to respond cant reply properly to query make its mockery. If, in absence of any specific instructions if the word can be presumed as “question of grammar” as you suggested, why it can’t be a legal query. Also Mr. Sudhir, if you feel it to be question of grammar, you should be there with reply too. I still insist that the word can be treated as legal query if it can be considered as question of grammar or anything in absence of any specific instructions. Further, I wish to add, How Mr. Dhingra can make the mockery of any question/statement whether it is query or question of grammar or anything. It amounts not only to mockery of the query it is the insult of other expert also and it should not be here in our fraternity.

Now since you have asked me to conclude, what I have concluded is that you have enough time to pass or rather waste, as if you have dearth of court cases and clients for want of any professional skill. Probably, instead of providing details of background in your court cases, you would also have been expecting the ejudge of the case to understand everything on behalf of you and your client without stating anything, like you have expected us to decipher your code "ipr" as if a query.
