Hello,
My property is in south Mumbai and it is a pagdi property. I just wanted to know that can we add a point in the irrevocable consent form such as "I give my consent on the terms and conditions as more particularly mentioned in the MoU and the same be treated as integral part hereof"

The consent letter as well as the MOU are executed by an unregistered deed, hence in any case they are not enforceable in court of law in the event of any dispute at a later stage, therefore adding anything to the consent letter may not make much difference because it is not mandatory that the MOU has to be a part and parcel of the consent letter, however you can produce both the relevant documents before a local lawyer and clarify all such doubts.

It is not necessary but why are you asking it? Are there any differences? Consult a local lawyer with relevant documents/papers.
