Sir because I have to prove about desertion that she willfully neglected her husband and 4 years completed till now,me (Petitioner) only asked for counselling and mediation but she refuse to live with me where as she never asked to continue marriage.
But In her written statement she made allegation said Petitoner mother restraining me to enter in matrimonial house.Then I said Judge about this and he sent for Counselling where she asked give answer Yes Or NO Do u want to go or not she said No.

Then you file a desertion and cruelty petition against her in Family court and be prepared to pay her monthly interim maintenance till final disposal of the OP, After final disposal of the OP permanent alimony will have to be paid to her along with return of her dowry and stridhan,

What is the opinion of your own lawyer?
You should not expect tutorials to solve your academic query from members of LCI. If there is any problem with you, for that You have already got proper advice.
Otherwise, as per your own statement, when you have already hired a lawyer, where is the question of asking such a vague question here without stating about your lawyer's opinion and why you have any doubt over that?
If you feel your lawyer is unable to satisfy you or is unreliable, change him without any delay.

It seems that the author has not mentality to trust upon anyone. Had he been trusting his lawyer, he would not have raised such query here and if he has faith in the experts then why he has not engaged either of the experts as his lawyer?
