Thank the Contributor I thought this forum is consist of experts on Indian Laws. But I turned stupid. Members of it have the only intention to show their name and photo on it freely. They lack knowledge on any legal subject.
good bye.
is it a right way to say good bye?

Dear sarvesh
Thanks for bringing up this issue. I think this is completely unfair on the part of Mr. Nabin.
Even many querries are posted by people like Mr. Nabin without relevant details and proper facts. Experts cannot be expected to give correct answer to such querries. I think such baseless querries must first of all be rejected from being posted.
In fact I have seen few non-legal professionals answering querries along with the experts. I think the expert coloum must be only dedicated to legal professionals alone to answer the querries.
Any other querries by non-legal professionals must first be moderated and verified and then posted in the site for reply by experts.
Lets see what other experts have to say.

the gesture of the person may be not called for bt if he has any grievance against us that means we are not able to stand up to that person's expectations. we should not ignore our fault also.
concerning the query it was all about misunderstanding on the part of the Mr. Nabin as he posted his clarification much later than the original one hence we could not see the clarification making us unable to answer the same.
