The son of brother of your grand father or any other legal heir of brother/sister of your grand father has got no right either in the properties purchased by your grand-mother or your father as the same is not a prt of joint Hindu Family but on the other hand, you are legally owner of the share of your grand-father in his ancestral properties which he left while shifting to the place of your grandmother. You can file a civil suit for partition and possession for that immovable property. Obtain the land record and approach a local lawyer of that area.
