my question is that is JMFC court is having the jurdication of taking back the possesion obtained fraudly ,acctually a had purchased the flat from b but b refused for the sale deed ,i had filed the case in consumercourt the degree was passed in favour of a ,in this suation
1)can court can change the dicission once degree is passed
2)mean while b had enaged with the third party and taken the possesion but the appeal court has disqulifed the documents and given order to me to take possesion , JMFC court is having the jurdication of taking back the possesion obtained fraudly

Why are you involving JMFC while you have order in your favour from state commission also. It has nothing to do woth the present dispute.
JMFC has also absolutely now power to recover possession.
Withdraw this case.
The consumer forum has enough power to recover possession by police intervention.
