IS Mr. President the real CEO of our country?

Our country is a republic and president is the chief.our constitution provide enormous power to president,if we read between the lines.Then why PM runs the govt?Is there any specific article mentioning the power of PM and its responsibilities to run the country?

Presdient is not CEO of our country he is rubber stamp. He acts according to the ruling political party. The most respectable presdient is only one i.e., Dr.ABdul Kalam Azad.
One of the our presdients was uneducated.

Mahana! We have accepted the constitution and it clearly states the role of each and every organ of democracy. President of India is the sovereign symbol of this Independent country and it has to act as per advice of council of Ministers of Center.
