I and my mother's younger sister's daughter's daughter are interested to get married to each other.Can you tell is it possible or it falls under sapinda relationship?

It falls under the prohibited relationships classified under the Hindu Law. The marriage would be not merely immoral but also absolutely illegal and void.

You mean your niece?
it is true that your relation falls under prohibited relationship.But, the custom or usage governing to both of you permits,then only it is valid one and you can marry her.

i think if in your caste as per custom is legal then you can apply for it otherwise it is illegal and prohibited as per hindu law

i. "Sapinda relationship" with reference to any person extends as far as the third generation (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the mother, and the fifth (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the father, the line being traced upwards in each case from the person concerned, who is to be counted as the first generation;
ii. two persons are said to "sapindas" of each other if one is a lineal ascendant of the other within the limits of sapinda relationship, or if they have a common lineal ascendant who is within the limits of sapinda relationship with reference to each of them;
As per THE FIRST SCHEDULE [ DEGREE OF PROHIBITED RELATIONSHIP] of the Hindu Marriages Act, Mother’s sister’s daughter falls under prohibited relation hence you cannot marry her, in case you marry her then it is a void marriage.

You are standing as paternal uncle of the said girl.. I mean her mother is your sister relationship.. Better you may clear it as per your rituals and customs.. If its allowed mean no one can questions you..
