If the immoveable property bequethed under a registered Will is situated out side the metropolitan town territories , is obtaining the probate of such WILL essential under the I.S. ACT 1963 to give effect to the bequest under the will??

If there is an Executor, then it shall be probated.

please see if any executor is appointed to give implement the will i.e to divide the property and to give to the beneficiaries as per the wishes of the testator then only the question of probate comes. otherwise there is no need to get the will probated. so please go through the will first. if no executor is appointed or names then no need to probate the will.

So, shamelessly Mr. Doab got my posts deleted when exposed profusely for misleading the querists.
What a great attitude of Mr. Doab! He commits blunder, but will neither admit his mistake, nor he would discontinue misleading the querists.
Now I can understand, why and from whom he is afraid in not appearing with his real identity.
Apparently, he is afraid of the querists, whom he frequently mislead with his vague and wrong advice, as an imposter?.

You should also agree that you posted misleading advice, as the author asked for probate OUTSIDE METROPOLITAN TOWNS towns, BUT YOU WRONGLY ADVISED about PRESIDENTIAL TOWNS.

A self granted certificate of "Shri" by an imposter, copy cat and No.1 lier Mr. Doab!
His statement, "Have eternal peace and sleep," proves that He is so afraid of me to face that he prays for my death.
That also gives vent to his strong irritation and frustration!
MAY GOD GRANT HIM PEACEFUL SLEEP AT LEAST AT NIGHTS. I wish him live longer but always with fear in his mind for his own misdeeds and deceptive activities towards one and all.
