The family court judges are least bothered about the petitions, objections, written arguments etc filed particularly by the husbands. They overlook salient points of the depositions of the husbands and which definitely favour the husbands. There are several instances wherein such glaring, conspicuous and perhaps intentional blunders are committed by the judges.
I have seen the Principal judge of the Family court of the leading information technology city in South India snubbing the husbands, not allowing them to speak (though logically), always negotiating the female advocates with a smiling face and heeding to their 'instructions' of unneccessary and unjust adjournaments etc.
I have also seen the same judge completely turning a blind eye towards all the vital points in depositions which are in favour of the husbands and underlining only those which are in favour of the erring wives and passing judgment accordingly.
The same judge is noted for decreeing what is not sought for the by the parties.

If you really think that the judge in your case is biased or not giving you any fair chance of hearing then you can file petition for transfer of your case from this court to any other court of competent jurisdiction.

follow what Devajyoti said, if dont have faith and have reasonable point to prove that the judge is biased then go for transfer petition.
make sure your plea for transfer is not frivolous and shall not be a mere figment of mind.

i agree with Devajyoti. In case, you have any apprehension you can apply for transfer but the allegations in this regard must be specific and cogent otherwise it will adversely affect you.

It is better to get the case decided first and then to file its appeal if the same is decided against you.

This type of complaint is also coming from female side also. It is only a prejudice. I am also supporting Expert .Barman.

If it is the usual way of the presiding officer file a complaint before the High Court Registrar. It is better few of the affected parties give complaints.
