So many on line sex videos and sex websites are available on internet-If it is crime to down load and watching such things.

One must not store and circulate.
The Supreme Court had expressed in case of PIL that it cannot pass an interim order to stop adults from watching porn in the confines of his residence as this can be later questioned for breaking into the fundamental right of a person who has the liberty to see anything within the four walls of his room.
“Such interim orders cannot be passed by this court. Somebody may come to the court and say look I am above 18 and how can you stop me from watching it within the four walls of my room. It is a violation of Article 21 [right to personal liberty].”
The government informed the court that a Cyber Regulation Advisory Committee had been constituted under the IT Act

Yes Sir-It is not a crime to watch such videos on internet.It is crime if pupils try to sell such videos by making their own copies-
