Sir Can u plz tell me that as how can I issue my mother birth certificate bcz her birth was nt registrd and birth was at home.. born in year 1967.. frm gujarst...

you want a birth certificate after period of 47 years .
application is filed before Additional distt. magistrate by the father or mother stating that at the time of birth, birth registration could not be applied due to lack of knowledge along with an affidavit mentioning the name of your mother and father, after filing application Patwari can enquire in to the matter, after successful enquiry within 3-4 days order to the concerning nagar nigam is issued,

If your mother is alive, she can also apply for the same on her own through court, but please reply that what is the reason that you require the same now?
