Issue regarding choosing the type of contract.

Sir, I am starting a Pvt Ltd company within a month. In my company i need to go for tie-ups with different types of companies, firms in different cities of India. please advise me that i can do the tie-up with a "self-designed form" attached with my company's terms and conditions or should i go for "Rs 100 stamp paper agreement".ultimately i need a legal backup in case of any breach by any of the companies or firms in any cities of India.

you cannot adopt a standard format. Every contract may not have same terms. You need to make specific MOU/ Business Contracts erstwhile you may erode away lots of your capital over a period of time if your contract is not proper. Thxxx. amitminocha@yahoo.com
