Dear Sir,
I am Pursing MBA, admission in 2011 so that my MBA might be clear in 2013, But due to University result delay delectation my MBA still not clear MBA 3rd semester Result still pending of all student of MBA 3rd semester.and 4th semester exam date still not declared By MDU.
so I want to raise a Janhit Yachika against to MDU please tell me the process of it and it is possible under the section

You are directly affected.
Why don't you prefer a Writ petition in your name instead of any JAN HIT YACHIKA etc.?

University always commit contempt of Court Order, even if u succeed in PIL.
There are 100's of it .Deaf Ears. No competition. No Provision. r they goung to close dn university?? No.
It seems there is no Management by Objective, No MBA's working for Uni.
Why u want to add one more??? Better forget it, or check all sch "Jan hit yachika" and it's outcome/ result/ effectiveness!
