Hello sir/mam,
I am pursuing LLM two year regular course from Allahabad university. In June 2017 I have passed second semester exam and I took admission in third semester. After it in July I have got a govt. Job and my posting is in Allahabad. My office time and college time will be same. Now I want to complete my study of LLM during my job.
Can I do it? How can it be possible? Can I appear in LLM third semester and fourth semester exam during my training period or probation period?

In most governments permission will be given to study in evening colleges. so you have to opt to study/continue studies, join in another college which provides evening classes.

It is absolute discretion of the deptt. They may grant leave without pay for entire period or may not allow even a single day absence for classes or exam.

One more thing, Neither it is your legal problem, nor you have stated, whether you have joined the post so far or not, not stated whether you approached the competent authority with your problem or not and what is his response.
It is purely an administrative matter for which you could have approached the competent authority of your department before or after joining the post.

If someone abused the Chief Justice of India, instead of harping your tune and making a vague post here and several other threads, you could better have dragged him in the court of law directly or could have complained to the Chief Justice of India for taking him to task. WHY HAVE NOT YOU DARED TO DO THAT SO FAR? By inaction on your part in that respect, either you are an accomplice of that fellow or trying to blackmail him very openly through the forums of LCI..

Mr. Kumar Doab is not "seemingly", but is really a fake expert with his fake name, without identifying picture, without any legal qualification and without even displaying his place of location at his LCI profile. He can surely be suspected to be a hidden hardened criminal or a terrorist, who purposely misguides the querists by making multiples of his confusing posts.
Mr. Kumar Doab has failed to come out with his real identity even after hundreds of requests through various threads, while in several threads, he openly refused to post his real name, picture and place of location.

Even in the Courts the Advocates address each other as " Learned Counsel" and " Learned Counsel for Other Side" etc.Here the concerned person with out any identity who remains Anonymous simply abuses the Senior Advocate/Senior Expert with out any morality,discipline and self respect as well as with out maintaining decency.He is requested to stop it once and for all please

Evidently, the said fake expert, Mr. Kumar Doab, is taking undue advantage of being anonymous and underground. He must also have been abusive to his father and mother also.
What I can guess, Mr. Rajendra K Goyal also seems to be one of the associate of Mr. Kumar Doab. Earlier, about 2-3 years back, he used to appear with his real picture, but now he has hidden himself behind the picture of a child by deleting all the contents of his "About me" page. Apparently he has followed Mr. Kumar Doab, may be with some specific hidden intentions known to both of them.

Your hopes from Mr. Kumar Doab may be dashed. Whatsoever happens there or you treat him, he won't share his secret code word with you and the purpose for that. Apparently he would have been using the said code word, "IT=@PSD", to make his companion terrorists alert about some querist or expert to chase the fellow, contact to blackmail & compel him to join his terrorist group or to get him finished him forever.

For your information, the fellow through two different unidentified persons at different occasions sought information from me through email to intimate them in which court I could meet them for sorting out their problem, but without making even a passing reference about what sort of problem they got. The purpose was quite imminent, to finish me, as you would already have noticed, at least for me he used to wish for my "eternal sleep" (death). But, when I asked the fellows to share their own information, they did not respond to any of my emails, while for several days, one of them had been sending me mails with the subject line, "most urgent" on getting no response to that unidentified person's mail. But when ultimately after several days of my asking him to share his own information with brief of his problem, I asked him where his urgency had gone, he never responded to that mail also.
So, whenever he uses his code word "IT=@PSD" for the querist or an expert in any thread, you can very well understand that either the querist or the expert has formed part of his hit list.
